Napa County Office of Education
Working closely together, the Napa County Office of Education, NVUSD and SC21Napa have embarked on a county-wide effort to roll out the best practices from New Tech High's learning model to all schools in the county that choose to adopt it. This fits right in with the mission of the Napa County Office of Education to be a flexible, countywide educational resource that supports and collaborates with districts, accesses and coordinates existing services, and develops additional services in response to changing community needs.

Napa Valley Education Foundation
The Napa Valley Education Foundation (NVEF) is a major partner in the SC21 Initiative.  The NVEF mission is to support the healthy development of all students enrolled in the Napa Valley Unified School District by enriching school programs and fostering community support of educational excellence. A major focus of the NVEF is to provide funding in 5 major categories which include art, music, special needs, healthy students and technology that benefit the 17,000 plus students in the NVUSD. Since 1983, the NVEF has raised more than $1 million which has been used to support, through grants, teacher initiatives and other appropriate district-wide programs. NVEF’s significance is not measured in dollars alone. It also helps act as a catalyst to involve the community in supporting public education.

Napa Valley Unified School District
SC21Napa works with the Napa Valley Unified School District to expand the New Tech model of student-centered teaching and learning to all NVUSD high schools, starting with Napa High and Vintage High. The District is exploring the extension of SC21 Napa teaching and learning throughout the entire system in developmentally appropriate ways.  The Mission of the Napa Valley Unified School District is to produce educated citizens who achieve and perform at all levels of learning, are prepared to live fulfilling lives, and contribute to their community and the world in which they live.

Napa Valley Vintners
Napa Valley Vintners (NVV) non-profit trade association has pledged a $1 million challenge grant to the SC21Napa Initiative to help expand the Napa New Technology model in Napa and throughout the Napa Valley.  NVV is committed to the preservation and enhancement of the Valley's land, wine, and community for future generations. Since 1981, the NVV, through the efforts of Auction Napa Valley, has given nearly $85 million to local health, youth and housing non-profits, contributing valuable resources to the health and wellbeing of the county's residents.  The NVV grant represents a renewed focus on education in the Valley.

New Technology Foundation
The New Technology Foundation is working at all levels of partnership with the SC21 Napa Initiative. In addition to being a fiscal partner to support SC21, New Technology Foundation helps provide technical assistance and is helping Napa New Tech High become a district wide resource for professional development of NVUSD teachers. New Tech's mission is to re-invent teaching and learning for the 21st Century by offering a proven model and a fully integrated suite of tools designed to facilitate the creation and management of a relevant and engaging 21st Century education.
